spoken by the Holy Spirit
in a harmonious chord

through the centuries of time
flows the love of a great Father
pure essence so divine

enriched beyond men’s dreams
as love endures the test of time
it’s faithful and redeems

by proving of Whom it was sent
God’s own heart is revealed
the highest form of existence
cannot keep it concealed

allowing man to draw so near
to meet Him at His throne
His words are true to bridge the gap
that one is ne’er alone

for love to act in such a way
the deepest flow of care
permanently secures a rest
from any load to bear

and Jesus His Son gives a nod
a smile that tells it all
that you are His He paid the price
when love should stand so tall
